big changes on the horizon…

if you’ve been keeping up to date with my instagram, you’ll know i’ve left the UK and am travelling for the foreseeable future.

i’ll be teaching yoga in the Philippines from jan 2025 if you’d like to come say hey

otherwise, i’ll be releasing some exciting content in the next few months…. make sure you’re subscribed to my newsletter updates for when they’re released

over the next year or so i’ll also be finding somewhere to call a home & create a base to teach yoga from. (i don’t know where this’ll be yet so stay tuned!!)
